5. Endorse the role of the sub-committee on the Aboriginal Question as described hereunder; namely, to report to the Assembly through the Public Questions and Communications Committee in order to:-
(a) inform the Church on questions relating to the aboriginals’ place and problems in the Australian society;
(b) guide the Church in responding to public questions in this area;
(c) recommend areas of ministry of the Church at large;
(d) suggest local individual ways of expressing the Christian faith amongst aboriginal folk in the community;
(e) make a positive Biblical Christian contribution to the present debate.
